Madrasa Mehmood Ul Uloom was started in 1975 at 17,Kavi Md Iqbalpore Road Khidderpore Kolkata 700023 bordering west bengal state in India. With the sole aim of importing islamic and modern education to a small group of young boys and girls in a four storied building.Today by the grace of almighty “ALLAH” the strength of the students of the Madrasa has grown from few boys and girls to over 280 with many experienced teachers to guide them. It is heartening that more and more parents are sending their sons and daughters for enrollment,with its many humongous buildings catering to the educational and housing needs of approximately 2000 students,has brought recognition to the place and the community feels proud of it.
